Bringing people together across difference to renew civic life in Washington State

The Thriving Together Washington State Civic Innovation Network connects faith communities, civic organizations, and local leaders to rebuild trust, belonging, and participation across our state. By strengthening relationships and shared civic infrastructure, we help communities move from isolation toward cooperation and shared action.

The Thriving Together Washington State Civic Innovation Network is a statewide partnership working to address a whole-of-society problem with a whole-of-society response. Across Washington, people are experiencing deep division—rural and urban, secular and faith, left and right—alongside growing loneliness and disconnection. At the same time, leaders and communities are stepping forward with energy and hope, eager to build something better together. This network provides the connective infrastructure to link those efforts: convening leaders, activating faith and wisdom communities, supporting local civic hubs, and fostering collaboration across sectors. By weaving together bridge building, civic education, civil dialogue, and shared problem-solving, Thriving Together helps transform scattered efforts into a durable movement—one that strengthens trust, renews civic life, and models a path forward for Washington State and beyond.
