The How and Why of Interfaith

A coffee mug, glasses, and a few notebooks with various religious symbols on them.

The fact is that there are many wisdom traditions on the Earth and many more wisdom communities guided by one of them. We are not only “neighbors” but are living in the same neighborhoods. Why is it important for wisdom communities to work together? How can we bring the best of our traditions into the conversation and join the action? A panel including leaders of multifaith organizations, a Lutheran seminary professor, and the Assistant to the Bishop of the ELCA for Interreligious Relations will discuss these and other questions. Engaging with others can deepen our own commitment to our own tradition and lead to a more just and equitable world.
